Withdraw from a purchase

Use this form to withdraw from a Premium agreement or gift purchase. We record the notice and send an acknowledgement to the email address you provide. A refund or cancellation decision follows a review.
14-day right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your Premium agreement within 14 days from the date the agreement is concluded. FARON does not require you to waive this right when you start using the service. If you withdraw within the period, the subscription is ended and any subscription payment is refunded. Gift purchases, including redeemed gifts, are assessed on their circumstances; statutory rights do not automatically disappear on redemption.
